1.Basic requirements for installation of container house for resident on site

(1) The foundation of the whole slab: the floor shall not collapse and the level shall be within ±10mm.

(2) Strip foundation: Three foundations perpendicular to the six-meter plane, the foundation length is at least N box +10mm, and the level of all foundations is within ±10mm.

2. Requirements for container transportation for residents on site

(1) The doors and windows should be locked tightly, and the front, middle and back straps of the box should be fastened tightly.

(2) If it is a 17-meter car with a height difference platform in front, it should be leveled with a wooden square or steel frame.

(3) Drive at low speed throughout the entire road. When encountering speed bumps or uneven roads, pass slowly to prevent the box from hitting the bottom of the box, causing damage to the box wall panel, falling windows, and arching of the floor.

(4) Pay attention to height and width limits to prevent obstacles on both sides of the road from scratching the box, such as tree branches, wires, and billboards.

Tips:

1. The foundation must be constructed in strict accordance with the dimensions required by the drawings to avoid sinking and deformation.

2. The indoor floor of the container mobile house must be 50mm higher than the outdoor floor to prevent water from the outside ground from flowing into the room through the ground beam.

3. It is strictly forbidden to burn open flames in the container activity room.

4. The customer’s area is a lightning zone, please install lightning protection facilities.

5. Strong current and weak points must be protected and installed with line pipes.

6. The surface of the polystyrene and glass wool slabs are all baked paint, and it is forbidden to portray and make strong impact on the movable board.

7. The structure, components and facilities of the prefabricated container house cannot be dismantled or modified to avoid structural risks. Please contact us if you need to change it.
